Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated female candidates to join our team as Medical Representatives. This is an excellent prospect for freshers looking to start their career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
- Maintain records of visits and submit daily reports.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities,



and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Minimum Graduation (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or any stream).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or pharma exposure is a plus.

- Gender Preference: Female candidates only.
- Age Limit: Preferably below 32 years.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology (training will be provided).
- Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude.
