Overview

We are seeking a result driven SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies, improving website visibility, and increasing qualified traffic. This role requires a strong understanding of both on-page and off page SEO, technical optimization, and data analysis, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-performing keywords and search trends using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- OnPage Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags (titles and descriptions), headings, URLs, and internal linking to improve rankings.
- OffPage SEO & Link Building: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Technical SEO: Perform regular website audits to identify and fix issues like broken links, slow page speed, and crawl errors.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings,



and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Content Collaboration: Guide content teams on creating SEO-friendly articles and landing pages based on search intent.

Qualifications

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Typically 1 -3 years of proven experience in SEO or

digital marketing.

- SEO Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights for strategy improvement.
- Certifications: Skilled certifications from platforms like HubSpot Academy or Google are often seen as a plus.
