We are looking for a Patent Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in patent prosecution and patent searching. The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in Chemistry and hands-on experience in Indian patent practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patentability, prior art, FTO, and infringement searches.
- Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
- Prepare responses to examination reports and office actions.
- Conduct legal and technical research.
- Support patent portfolio management and other prosecution-related activities.
