About Us

We are a fast-growing SaaS product company specializing in HRMS, Eazee Sign (Digital Signature Platform), and AI-powered business solutions. We are looking for a highly technical and delivery-focused leader who can drive engineering execution, ensure timely product delivery, and collaborate closely with development teams to build scalable SaaS products.

Experience

- 10- 15+ years of total experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 24+ years as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar technical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS products and software development projects.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
- Prepare realistic technical estimates, project plans, and delivery timelines.
- Review and validate developer estimations and challenge unrealistic timelines with technical reasoning.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Management teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Monitor project progress, maintain delivery discipline, and provide regular status updates to management.




- Ensure high-quality software delivery while meeting committed timelines.
- Mentor and lead development teams, promoting accountability and technical excellence.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on software development background (Python preferred).
- Experience with Backend Development, REST APIs, Microservices, and System Design.
- Good understanding of Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML/LLM-based applications and contemporary SaaS architecture will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, integrations, and scalable application design.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS product companies is highly preferred.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, HRMS, Workflow Automation, or Digital Signature platforms will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a technical leader who can independently understand technical requirements, validate developer estimates, challenge inflated timelines, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful product execution. The ideal candidate should take complete ownership of delivery rather than simply coordinating between teams.
