About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Private Banker to join one of India’s leading private sector banks. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) individuals, delivering bespoke financial solutions and sophisticated wealth management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Proactively acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients, providing tailored financial advisory and wealth planning services.
- Product Advisory: Recommend and cross-sell complex financial products, including Structured Products, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds, and specialized investment solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and high-net-worth families to maximize share-of-wallet.
- Market & Portfolio Analysis:



Track global and domestic market developments to deliver insightful, data-driven financial strategies to clients.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of core experience in managing and acquiring HNI/UHNI clients within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
- Portfolio Size (AUM): Currently managing a minimum portfolio size of 100+ Crores.
- Ticket Size: Minimum client relationship/ticket size of 5 Crores – 10 Crores.
- Product Expertise: Strong track record in cross-selling structured products, PMS, AIFs, and equity/debt market solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong financial acumen, relationship-building skills, and target-oriented execution.
