- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower, machinery, and production resources efficiently.
- Monitor production processes and implement process improvements.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate material planning.
- Maintain production data in ERP software.
- Analyze production performance and reduce wastage and downtime.
- Train and supervise production staff to improve productivity. Role & responsibilities
