JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with our
clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and
coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
Understand client objectives and recommend suitable media, advertising, and marketing solutions.
Coordinate with sales, creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and account reviews.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Achieve client retention, revenue growth,



and customer satisfaction targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

Qualifications
Required Skills

Bachelor's degree

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
15 years of experience in client servicing,
account management, business development,
or relationship management.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building
abilities.

Experience in the media, advertising, digital
marketing, or marketing agency industry is
preferred.

Negotiation and presentation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with strong
problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts
simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management
skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
software.
Ability to work independently as well as
collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
