About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions that leverage state-of-the-art machine learning, generative models, autonomous AI agents, and orchestration frameworks to solve complex business challenges.

This role requires hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using modern machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other open-source models.
- Develop and implement Agentic AI systems, including autonomous, multi-agent, and tool-using AI workflows.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
- Build intelligent AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, workflow automation agents, and knowledge management solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and guardrails for reliable AI outputs.




- Create scalable AI architectures and deploy models using MLOps best practices.
- Monitor model performance, drift, hallucinations, and AI system reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMOps, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Scikit-learn

- Expertise in LLM frameworks:

- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- Semantic Kernel
- CrewAI / AutoGen

- Experience building Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.

- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI

Database & Data Technologies

- Experience with vector databases:
