Job Title: Sales Executive Dealership Operations

Location: Agra, Jaipur, Amritsar, Kota, Jammu, Ajmer, Varanasi, Ludhiana, Delhi

Salary: 18,000 20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

Initial 6-months contract based role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to be stationed at an Ather Experience Centre. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs

and promoting value-added ownership solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with customers and a passion for sales. Prior automotive experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers visiting the dealership.
- Explain product features, benefits and pricing clearly.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.




- Maintain customer records and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with dealership staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 03 years of experience in sales, retail, insurance, telecom, BFSI, consumer durables or any

customer-facing sales role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in pitching products and closing sales.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to work from the dealership during business hours.

- Banking & Financial Services
- Automobile Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
