We are a fast-growing Chartered Accountant (CA) firm providing professional services including Income Tax Filing, GST Registration & Compliance, Company Registration, Trademark Registration, Business Licenses, and Business Loan Assistance. We generate high-quality leads through our website and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and WhatsApp.

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact leads generated through our Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services related to Income Tax, GST, Company Registration, Trademark Registration, Business Licenses, and Business Loans.
- Explain our services, pricing, and process professionally.
- Follow up with assigned leads regularly and convert them into paying customers.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, including document collection, payment assistance, and process explanation.




- Call existing clients for document collection, reminders, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Experience in Accounting, Taxation, Legal, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Loan Sales will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and computer operations.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

- 15,000 – 30,000 per month (Based on experience)
