Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Toys, Puzzles & Board Games category.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail dealers across Delhi NCR.
- Develop business with toy stores, gift shops, educational retailers, supermarkets, and modern trade.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Execute product launches, promotional activities, and in-store merchandising.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales MIS, market intelligence, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and dealer meets whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in Toys, Puzzles,



Board Games, Educational Products, Kids' Products, Gift Articles.
- Strong network with distributors and retailers in Delhi NCR.
- Experience in General Trade, Modern Trade, Distributor Management, and B2B Sales.
- Good knowledge of the Toys & Games market, including educational and paper-based games. Similar roles in this sector commonly focus on distributor expansion, retail execution, and institutional sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
