We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Delhi team and lead our efforts in acquiring new business and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage with prospective clients to present and sell ERP and IT solutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of business development executives to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Client Engagement: Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with clients to understand requirements, deliver product demos, present commercial proposals, and close deals.
Sales Lifecycle Management:
o Cold calling and following up on leads
o Understanding client pain points and aligning product offerings
o Preparing and negotiating quotations and contracts




o Closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships for upselling and renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B IT/ERP product or service sales
- Education: Bachelors degree required; Postgraduate degree is a plus
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify business opportunities, influence decision-making, and close high-value deals
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and take ownership of targets
