Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and upgrade Web PayTRAX on client Windows servers for on-premise sites; support cloud-hosted sites as needed.
- Troubleshoot application issues at the database level (SQL Server queries, stored procedures, data fixes).
- Set up and troubleshoot time-attendance/biometric device integrations via API, flat-file import, or direct SQL.
- Travel to GCC properties for onsite installation, go-live support, and technical training of client IT/HR staff.
- Log, track, and resolve technical tickets within SLA, escalating product-level bugs to the Dubai development team.
- Maintain installation runbooks and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- Windows Server administration (IIS, application pools, Windows services, basic networking).
- Hands-on SQL Server skills - queries, stored procedures, basic DBA tasks.
- Prior experience installing/supporting a client-server or web-based enterprise application at customer sites (ERP, PMS, POS, or HRMS background all relevant).
- Willingness to travel to GCC countries on short notice, including obtaining necessary visas.
