Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal departments.
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning from proposal to execution ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure prompt resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Regularly update clients with project progress, changes, and approvals.
- Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and event-related documentation.
- Work closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.




- Attend client meetings, site recces, and on-ground event execution when required.

- A pleasing personality with robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
