Role & responsibilities

Key Expectation-

- To maintain liaison with key personnel at all levels of customer organization and monitor customers in terms of their business plan, purchase policy, change in customer expectation etc. and keep his reporting officer suitably informed.
• To suitably advise his reporting officer regarding the key accounts so that strategy (long term and short term) to achieve the business plan can be formulated and implemented
• To ensure that the business in the key accounts are consistent, profitable, sustainable and growing by spotting opportunities to increase market share, offering value added / higher end products, providing timely and value added service, neutralizing adverse effects of mistakes (if any), countering competitor activities.
• To prospect current customers
• To continuously find avenues to differentiate SPRL products and service from that of the competition
• To ensure the over dues are within the norms
• Constantly keep abreast of competitors activities
• To ensure that JIT system of OEM is complied.
