Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager Sales to drive the sales and marketing of Fly Ash and Pond Ash across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, an established customer network, and a proven track record in developing markets for fly ash utilization. The role requires extensive interaction with RMC companies, cement manufacturers, brick manufacturers, AAC block manufacturers, infrastructure companies, and other industrial consumers to maximize sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Fly Ash and Pond Ash within the assigned region to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) companies, Cement manufacturers, Brick manufacturers, AAC block manufacturers, Infrastructure companies, Road Contractors, Precast manufacturers, and other industrial consumers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base for fly ash utilization.
- Maintain an updated database of key customers, industry contacts, consultants, and decision-makers within the assigned territory.
- Develop regional sales strategies based on market demand, competition, logistics, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
- Possess a thorough understanding of regional market prices, transportation costs, freight economics, and prevailing fly ash and pond ash rates.
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, market intelligence, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS, and periodic business updates for management.
- Support tender participation and institutional sales opportunities wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.




- Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet customers, develop new markets, and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 815 years of experience in Fly Ash, Pond Ash, Cement, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Aggregates, Mining, or Industrial Bulk Material Sales.
- Proven experience in handling regional sales and business development activities.
- Solid network within the fly ash utilization ecosystem.

Candidates with an established network among the following industries will be preferred:

- Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
- Cement Manufacturing
- Brick Manufacturing
- AAC Block Manufacturers
- Concrete Product Manufacturers
- Infrastructure & Road Construction Companies
- Precast Concrete Manufacturers
- Industrial Bulk Material Consumers
- Government Agencies and Contractors utilizing Fly Ash

Important Note

Experience in selling of ash is must. Profiles without relevant experience will not be considered.
