Job Scope

We are looking for Site Reliability Engineers to manage mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our customers globally. This role entails performing all actions required to maintain, enhance and ensuring smooth continuity of multiple production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Run the production workplace by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
- Provide predictive insights into the health of the system and suggest measures to optimize and safeguard against future abnormalities.
- Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
- Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of our cloud and on-prem software solutions.
- Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.
- Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed infrastructure and related applications.
- Follow commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSMetc.
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental management system objectives Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

Must-have skill
- This is an in-depth technical role with a complete focus on the upkeep and betterment of the production systems. This role requires proven experience and the ability to handle all the aspects of the above goals.



Well be evaluating your candidature on the following criteria.
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of maintaining and supporting large scale infrastructure and cloud systems.
- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
- Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Cloud Stack/Citrix CloudPlatform and involvement as an administrator / maintainer / committer / tester / support engineer.
- Data center or ISP experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of GPU based systems, Nvidia BCM, GPU Virtualization techniques.
- Worked in supporting AI/ML workloads.
