Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to increase sales of life insurance products.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance policies to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in bancassurance or insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
