Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with consultants and customers, generating enquiries, supporting techno-commercial discussions and building a strong project pipeline across the Food Refrigeration sector.

The role requires regular interaction with consultants, PMCs, architects, food processing companies, dairy plants, cold storage operators, EPC contractors, OEMs and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop project opportunities across Frozen Food, Dairy, Food Processing and Cold Chain sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, PMCs, architects, project heads, OEMs and key customers.
- Identify upcoming refrigeration projects and develop a qualified project pipeline.
- Generate customer meetings and understand project requirements.
- Participate in techno-commercial discussions and project presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation and management teams during proposal development.
- Maintain systematic follow-up from enquiry generation through project award.
- Gather market intelligence relating to customers, consultants, competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry forums.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical preferred).
- Approximately 812 years of experience in Food Refrigeration, Industrial Refrigeration, Refrigeration EPC, Process Cooling or allied project businesses.
- Exposure to one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Industrial Refrigeration
- Ammonia Refrigeration
- Blast Freezers
- IQF Systems
- Spiral Freezers
- Plate Freezers
- Process Cooling
- Cold Storage
- Refrigeration Utilities

- Existing relationships with consultants, food processing companies, dairy organisations, EPC companies or industrial customers will be a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
