Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager to lead AI, Generative AI, and automation programs across IT Operations. The person will manage large transformation initiatives that use AI to improve IT services, automate processes, reduce operational effort, and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong program management skills, experience managing global technology programs, and a good understanding of AI, IT Operations, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI programs across IT Operations.
- Lead AI-driven automation initiatives for Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Datacenter, and Application Support teams.
- Create and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Set up governance processes including status reporting, dashboards, steering meetings, and executive updates.
- Work closely with senior leaders, business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Lead global teams across different locations and functions.
- Identify AI opportunities to improve IT operations and service delivery.
- Track project success through KPIs such as cost savings, faster issue resolution, ticket reduction, and improved SLA performance.




- Drive adoption of AI solutions through change management and communication activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of AI platforms and solutions.
- Ensure AI initiatives follow security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of overall program/project management experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing large IT transformation programs.
- Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Robust understanding of IT Operations, including:
- Service Desk
- Infrastructure
- Cloud Operations
- Network Operations
- Datacenter
- Application Support

- Good understanding of:

- AI/ML concepts
- Generative AI
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG and AI Copilots
- Agentic AI concepts
- AIOps

- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with AIOps tools like Splunk ITSI, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Experience managing global teams and multiple vendors.
