Requirements:

- 5+ years of Workday configuration experience
- Experience with at least 2 Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
- Robust expertise in configuration, testing, and support
- Experience in business process design & stakeholder management
- Workday Pro Certification preferred
- Exposure to ServiceNow HR or Cornerstone LMS is a plus

Role & Responsibilities (Short):

- Configure and maintain Workday modules.
- Gather business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system support.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams.
- Manage Workday enhancements and integrations.
- Optimize HR processes and improve user experience.
