- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with the deployment, configuration, and support of at least two of the following: ZTNA, Web Proxy/Secure Web Gateway (SWG), CASB, and DLP solutions (e.g, Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, Forcepoint, etc)
- Networking: Robust understanding of network architecture, protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S), routing, and traditional security controls (Firewalls, VPNs)
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS application security challenges
- Policy Engineering: Design, create, update, and fine-tune security policies across ZTNA, Web Proxy, CASB, and DLP components to align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements
- Integration: Integrate security platforms with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM/SSO), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and endpoint protection solutions
- Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including low-level designs, deployment guides,



Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and runbooks
- Triage and Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 3 operational support for all deployed ZTNA, Web Proxy, CASB, and DLP platforms, swiftly diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and security incidents
- DLP Focus: Specifically focus on DLP policy development across various channels (Endpoint, Network, Email, and Cloud), ensuring the secure handling of sensitive data (PII, PCI, PHI, IP)
- Access Enforcement: Implement and enforce Zero Trust principles through granular access policies in ZTNA and CASB solutions, ensuring least-privilege access to applications and data based on user, device, and context.
