Industrial Refrigeration projects are seldom won through catalogues or routine sales activities. They are developed through engineering discussions, understanding of industrial processes, long-term engagement with consultants and EPC organisations, and the ability to convert customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.

Infra Cool is an established Refrigeration EPC company with proven experience in Controlled Atmosphere Storage, Industrial Refrigeration and engineered cooling solutions. As part of its business expansion strategy, the company is expanding its Industrial Refrigeration Projects business across Process Industries in India.

We are looking for an engineering professional who enjoys understanding industrial processes, identifying project opportunities and developing lasting professional relationships with consultants, EPC organisations and industrial customers.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior management in developing a strategic business vertical that has the potential to evolve into an independent profit centre.

Nature of the Assignment

The selected candidate will work closely with senior management in identifying Industrial Refrigeration opportunities across Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Breweries, Beverages, Petrochemicals and other Process Industries.

The assignment requires continuous interaction with Engineering Consultants, PMCs, EPC Contractors, Plant Engineering Teams, Utilities Departments, Project Heads and industrial customers to understand expansion plans, identify future projects and participate in development of engineering solutions.

Unlike routine product sales,



the emphasis will be on understanding applications, building engineering confidence and creating long-term project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with Engineering Consultants, PMCs, EPC organisations and industrial customers.
- Identify Industrial Refrigeration and Process Cooling opportunities within Process Industries.
- Engage with Plant Engineering, Utilities and Projects teams to understand future expansion plans.
- Participate in technical discussions to understand customer process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and estimation teams during concept development and proposal preparation.
- Maintain systematic follow-up from project identification through project award.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities and emerging opportunities within Industrial Refrigeration applications.
- Represent the company during customer visits, technical meetings and industry events.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical preferred).
- Approximately 8-12 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration, Refrigeration EPC, Process Cooling, Utility Systems or allied engineering businesses.
- Exposure to one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Industrial Refrigeration
- Ammonia Refrigeration
- NH3 Systems
- Glycol Cooling Systems
- Process Cooling
- Refrigeration Utilities
- Chillers
- Screw Compressors
- Low Temperature Process Cooling

- Existing relationships with Engineering Consultants, EPC Contractors, PMCs, Industrial Clients or Plant Engineering Teams will be a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
