Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, development, integrations, and data migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting CRM solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Design and develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript-based customizations.
- Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and batch processes.
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages using KingswaySoft for data migration and synchronization.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex CRM application and integration issues.




- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Development.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Configuration & Customization.
- Hands-on experience with Plugin Development and Custom Workflow Activities.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SSIS, KingswaySoft, API Integrations, and Azure Functions.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Queries, and Data Troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with legacy and modern applications using APIs or batch jobs.
- Ability to develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
