Role - Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including forward and reverse logistics. The role involves coordinating shipments, warehouse operations, courier partners, and ensuring timely dispatch and return of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and return of materials across multiple locations.
- Manage forward and reverse logistics through courier and transport partners.
- Track shipments, resolve transit issues, and maintain logistics records.
- Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle shipment delays, escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Experience in forward and reverse logistics.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred).
