- Conduct third party inspections of mechanical equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, static equipment, storage tanks, valves, pumps, and final inspections.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports for all types of mechanical equipment.
- Perform NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) techniques including UT (Ultrasonic testing), RT (Radiography testing), DPT (DPT testing).
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards during inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to quality assurance/quality control.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech. / B.E.
degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in preparing inspection reports using various formats like IS, API etc.
- NDT - ASNT / ISNT - LEVEL II / III (UT/RT/MT/PT/VT/LT/ET) with valid certificates.
- Positive interpersonal & communication skills.
- Should be familiar with manufacturing processes related to fabrication, welding control, heat treatment, inspection, testing, preservation, packing, Operation & maintenance of such equipment.
- Currently Working with Third Party Inspection Agency will add an advantage.
