Role & Responsibilities

Team Management: Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily duties, and ensure proper attendance & grooming standards.

Room & Area Upkeep: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, washrooms, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Quality Control: Ensure SOPs for cleaning, linen change, and sanitization are followed across all floors/departments.

Inventory: Monitor housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, linens, and amenities. Raise purchase indents to avoid stock-outs.

Maintenance Coordination: Report and follow up on maintenance issues like plumbing, electrical, or furniture repairs with the maintenance team.

Guest Requests: Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

Training: Train new staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals/equipment, and safety protocols.

Documentation: Maintain daily cleaning checklists, inspection reports, handover logs, and staff rosters.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene,



and infection control protocols as per company/clinic/hotel standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: 10th/12th pass. Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.

Experience: 2-3 years in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in hotels, hospitals, or clinics is a plus.

Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping SOPs. Basic computer/MS Excel for reports.

Traits: Good communication in Hindi & English, strong eye for detail, leadership skills, and ability to handle a team.

Other: Physically fit, presentable, and able to work in shifts including weekends/holidays.
