Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling government and private tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders through various e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within the specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical and commercial information.
- Handle online tender submissions on portals such as GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and other government procurement websites.
- Prepare EMD, Bank Guarantee, and other supporting documents required for tender participation.




- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, contracts, and renewals.
- Track tender results and coordinate post-award documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
- Liaise with clients and government departments for tender-related queries and clarifications.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in government and private tender management.
- Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of tender preparation, bid submission, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2- 6 years of experience in tender management or bid management.
- Experience in handling online tender portals is mandatory.
