Position: MBBS Doctor

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused MBBS Doctor to provide consultations and support patients undergoing naturopathy, yoga, lifestyle modification, and holistic wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, medical supervision, treatment planning, follow-ups, and ensuring the safe integration of naturopathic therapies with conventional medical care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient consultations, medical assessments, and overall health evaluations.

- Review patient medical history, diagnostic reports, and current medications.

- Develop personalized treatment plans and lifestyle modification programs in collaboration with the Naturopathy and Wellness team.

- Monitor patient progress and conduct regular follow-up consultations.

- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices.

- Ensure the safe and effective application of naturopathy therapies and wellness interventions.

- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.

- Coordinate with nutritionists, naturopaths, yoga therapists, and wellness coaches to provide comprehensive patient care.

- Provide both online and offline consultations as required.

- Address patient concerns and guide them throughout their wellness journey.

- Participate in health camps, workshops, webinars, and public awareness programs.

- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, clinical protocols, and organizational policies.

Required Skills

- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

- Excellent patient counseling and communication skills.

- Knowledge of preventive healthcare and lifestyle medicine.





- Ability to explain treatment plans clearly, effectively, and empathetically.

- Strong documentation, reporting, and case management skills.

- Proficiency in both English and Hindi.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.

- 1 5 years of clinical experience preferred.

- Experience or interest in Naturopathy, Lifestyle Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Preventive Healthcare, or Wellness Programs will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification or training in Naturopathy, Lifestyle Medicine, Nutrition, Yoga Therapy, Functional Medicine, or related wellness disciplines.

- Experience in patient counseling and chronic disease management.

- Experience with teleconsultation and digital healthcare platforms.

- Exposure to wellness centers, integrative healthcare setups, or preventive healthcare programs.
