Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our HR-TA platform and candidate application. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, user research, design systems, and mobile-first design principles. You will work closely with recruiters, product managers, and engineering teams to create user-centric designs based on real user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct UX audits to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Perform user research and usability testing with recruiters and candidates.
- Create user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.
- Design responsive and mobile-first user interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
- Improve recruiter workflows and candidate experience through data-driven design.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards and modern UX best practices.





Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Robust expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Dev Mode).
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user interviews.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing HR Tech, ATS, Recruitment, or Assessment platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools such as Maze, Lyssna, or UserTesting.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or B2B applications.
