Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the complete operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality, estate management, butler services, or premium residential operations, with exceptional leadership, organizational, and service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all property systems.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and household supplies.
- Plan and manage renovations and maintenance projects.
- Recruit, train, and supervise household staff.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage household budgets and operational expenses.
- Organize private dinners, events, and guest hospitality.
- Maintain security, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain household documentation.

Requirements




- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
- 6 12 years of experience in luxury hotels, estate management, private residences, or butler services.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
