Key Responsibilities
- Source quality candidates through Naukri, IIMJobs, Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates using structured hiring methods.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline across assigned functions.
- Influence candidates and drive offer acceptance and successful joining.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records using Google Sheets.
Work Model
- Work From Home with occasional client meetings.
- Weekly strategy and review meetings in Gurgaon.
- Own laptop, mobile phone and professional WFH setup.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years in Recruitment Consulting or Executive Search.
- Strong sourcing and structured interviewing skills.
- Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
