Key Culinary Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily Breakfast (8:00 AM) and Dinner (8:00 PM)
- Prepare Lunch & Dinner for household staff
- Expertise in:
- Indian regional cuisine
- Continental cuisine
- Fusion cuisine
- Healthy and gluten-free meal preparation
- Coordinate and execute guest meals and festive dining
- Conduct weekly and monthly menu planning
- Maintain diet tracking and recipe documentation
- Ensure premium presentation and consistency in taste
Kitchen Management Responsibilities
- Supervise 1 2 full time kitchen helpers
- Delegate preparation and cleaning tasks efficiently
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitization, and food safety standards
- Monitor stock rotation and expiry checks
- Coordinate ingredient sourcing and manage vendor relationships
- Oversee waste management practices
- Supervise appliance maintenance and upkeep
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef or in luxury residential settings
- Strong knowledge of gluten-free cooking and allergen management
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
