Job Title:Control Engineer (Ignition Architect)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Control Engineer (Ignition Architect) with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Ignition SCADA solutions for manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in architecting scalable SCADA systems, integrating PLCs and databases, developing Python scripts, and supporting manufacturing automation projects. Experience in the MedTech or Pharmaceutical manufacturing domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, architect, and implement Ignition SCADA solutions for manufacturing automation projects.
- Develop scalable SCADA architectures using Ignition Gateway, Tag Providers, Ignition Edge, Enterprise Administration Module (EAM), and Ignition Foundation drivers.
- Design and configure databases, database interfaces, Tag Historian, alarm management, reporting, and data analytics solutions.




- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, tag management, event handling, reporting, and system integration.
- Configure OPC UA connectivity with PLCs and industrial devices.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable SCADA system architectures.
- Prepare project development, testing, commissioning, and deployment plans while considering technical and operational constraints.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SCADA system performance, database efficiency, and communication reliability.
- Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support, enhancements, documentation, and knowledge transfer for deployed solutions.
