- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with insurance industry best practices
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
- Prepare business process documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams for stakeholder and client review Experience Minimum 18 years of experience, with deep, hands

- Strong general insurance business understanding, with demonstrated experience across insurance products, policy lifecycle, claims, and underwriting processes




- Domain knowledge relevant to the projects outcome areas, with proven experience delivering similar engagements
- Deep understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to translate these into clear business requirements
