Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head Cyber Security to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, strengthen security posture, manage cyber risks, and drive compliance initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
- Lead Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Management, and Cyber Risk Management.
- Conduct and oversee Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Security Assessments.
- Manage cybersecurity governance, policies, procedures, and security controls.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, NHB, ISO 27001, ITGC, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive implementation and management of security solutions:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
- Endpoint Security
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Email Security
- Application Security
- Cloud Security

- Manage security audits, certifications, compliance reviews, and third-party risk assessments.
- Establish security metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Lead and mentor cybersecurity teams and drive security awareness initiatives.




- Collaborate with technology teams to embed security across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.

Experience & Qualification

- 15+ years of experience in Cyber Security / Information Security.
- Experience in financial services, NBFC, banking, or regulated industries preferred.
- Graduate degree with relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- Solid communication skills with experience engaging | Cyber Risk | SOC | SIEM | IAM | EDR | XDR | Cloud Security | VAPT | ISO 27001 | RBI Compliance senior leadership and business stakeholders.
