Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements (PRDs, Epics, User Stories) to identify test scenarios and design comprehensive test cases.
- Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, API, and database validation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright for UI and end- to-end workflows.
- Execute API testing (Postman, RestAssured , or equivalent) to validate integrations.
- Conduct database testing (SQL queries, data validation, stored procedure checks).
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, UAT support).
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business and compliance requirements (HIPAA).
- Document test results, report defects, and track resolution in Jira (or equivalent).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration.





Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3- 6 years of QA experience across manual and automation testing.
- Robust experience in Playwright automation (UI/E2E) with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Solid background in manual testing (functional, regression, UAT).
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, RestAssured ).
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and backend testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- (Preferred) Exposure to healthcare/WFM systems and HIPAA compliance.
