Graduate, MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain / Operations preferred.
Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Regional Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee multi-site warehouse operations across the assigned region
- The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, cost optimization, safety, compliance, and profitability while leading high-performing warehouse teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure achievement of customer SLAs, inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Drive warehouse profitability through effective cost control and resource optimization.
- Lead warehouse setup, expansion,
and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory requirements, quality standards, and company SOPs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience managing multi-site warehouse operations in 3PL, logistics or supply chain.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, P&L; ownership and warehouse productivity.
- Robust leadership, people development and continuous improvement mindset.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, inventory management, Lean/Kaizen and statutory compliance.
