1. Ideate & Conceptualize:

- Work with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.

2. Content Creation (Face on Camera):

- Feature yourself in reels, short videos, and other creative content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

3. Social Media Content Production:

- Assist in creating digital assets reels, short videos, blogs, posts, stories, graphics, etc.

4. Social Media Management:

- Monitor engagement, and analyzing social media

5. Trend Research & Execution:

- Identify trending formats, hashtags, sounds, and themes; adapt them creatively for the brand.

6. Performance Tracking:

- Analyze post and reel performance and suggest improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

- Someone creative, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera
- Robust sense of current social media trends
- Ability to think out-of-the-box and initiate fresh content ideas
- Excellent communication skills Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
