Graduate , MBA / PGDM in Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end warehousing and transportation operations across multiple locations within the assigned region. Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse and transportation operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs, OTIF, inventory accuracy and operational KPIs.
- Drive cost optimization, manpower productivity and process improvements.
- Review MIS, budgets and profitability; implement corrective actions.
- Lead customer reviews and resolve operational escalations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in warehouse, transportation or 3PL operations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple sites, customer operations and large teams.
- Solid analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in WMS, ERP and MS Excel.
