Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Developer with AI experience to design and develop intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for AI-powered products and applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in UX research, interaction design, front-end development, and a solid understanding of AI/ML-driven user experiences, including Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Design engaging and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and design systems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews.
- Define user journeys and optimize digital experiences based on data and feedback.
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual design, and interaction patterns.

Front-End Development

- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Convert designs into reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, AI engineers, and product teams.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Optimize applications for speed, usability,



and accessibility.

AI Experience Design

- Design interfaces for AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent systems.
- Create conversational UI/UX flows for Generative AI solutions.
- Design AI interaction patterns including recommendations, predictions, and personalization.
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Develop user experiences that improve trust, transparency, and explainability of AI systems.

Required Skills

UI/UX Skills

- Strong understanding of UX principles, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Front-End Development Skills

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
- Responsive and mobile-first development.

AI & Emerging Technology Skills

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI applications.
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and conversational experiences.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI user interaction design.
