Manager-Accounts Receivable & Finance

Moolchand Hospital is looking for an experienced Manager Accounts Receivable & Finance to manage hospital receivables, collections, billing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in healthcare finance, TPA/insurance claims, corporate billing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including patient, TPA, and corporate accounts.
- Monitor ageing reports, collections, and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely claim processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports and support financial reporting.
- Coordinate with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Insurance teams.
- Lead the AR team and ensure achievement of collection targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter preferred.
- Experience: 7–15 years in Accounts Receivable & Finance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
