Urgent Requirement - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi

We are a leading Infrastructure & Road Construction Company engaged in execution of major projects for NHAI, PWD, CPWD, and other Government Agencies, and are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Corporate Office at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.

Preferred: Candidates from West/North Delhi with immediate joining

Required Experience

- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in the corporate sector, preferably in the Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, or Road Projects industry.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

- Corporate Banking & Finance
- Working Capital Management (Cash Credit, Bank Guarantees, LC, etc.)
- Term Loan Management and Project Finance
- Consortium/Multiple Banking Arrangements
- Bank Liaising,



CMA Data Preparation, Credit Rating, and Loan Documentation
- Treasury and Fund Management
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & MIS
- Finalization of Accounts and Statutory Compliance
- GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC Compliance
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Banks, and Financial Institutions
- Sound knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word

Candidates with strong experience in handling banking relationships, fund management, and corporate finance will be preferred.
