Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Noida, Recent Delhi (Pitampura,Nangloi, Mundka)

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Edgeband products.

* Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network in Pune and surrounding areas.

* Build relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen manufacturers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and OEMs.

* Generate demand through regular market visits and customer meetings.

* Conduct product demonstrations, carpenter meets, dealer meets, and promotional activities.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.





* Coordinate with logistics and customer support for smooth order execution.

* Submit daily call reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate, Post Graduate

* 4 to 8 years of sales experience in PVC Edgeband, laminates, plywood, MDF, hardware, or related building materials.

* Strong knowledge of the Pune furniture and interior market.

* Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
