About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data System Analyst to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our ZOHO system, analyzing business data, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data flow and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the ZOHO system.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize data flow and system performance.
- Analyze system requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Support ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives

- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Data Analytics and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
