We are currently hiring for the position of Relationship Manager Motor Insurance (Agency Channel) across multiple locations.

Experience: 13 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: 3 lpa 3.75 LPA + TA + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with POSP/Agency partners.
• Drive Motor Insurance sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Recruit, train, and support POSP agents.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
• Expand the agency network and generate business opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in General Insurance/Motor Insurance/Agency Sales/Broking.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Local market and agent network knowledge will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
