Job Title:
Sr. Manager Service Sales

Job Responsibilities:

- Conceptualizing and implementing growth strategies for Govt. Business including identifying opportunities, Pre-RFP engagement, RFQ qualifications, proactively aligning Go-To-Market strategy by identifying evolving business needs and developing strategic partnerships towards long term business sustainability
- Enabling Sales by building a meaningful and quantifiable pipeline, opening high-level conversations, qualifying opportunities, identifying decision-makers and closing deals.
- Responsible for Sales and Revenue generation from Govt. accounts including Account Management activities ensuring Planning, Forecasting, Order Book, Margins, Sales and Collection in line with monthly and annual targets.
- Responsible for building APAR brand and Customer Satisfaction in respective region.
- Closely work with Cross Functional Teams to meet or exceed companies objectives through strategic and business transformation initiatives.

Skill Requirements





- Ideal Candidate should have in-depth understanding of Telecom Services and/or Telecom market landscape in Govt. Accounts, and proven experience in defining recent account penetration strategies, creating joint GTM plans with alliance partners, as well as bringing rich experience and potential clients
- Shall have exposure as SI sales in projects across State led telecom projects /BSNL/Bharat-net/ Data Centers /Railways
- Understanding of various technologies used for creating right pitch to customers
- Excellent Relationship and Connects in the account shall be an added advantage
- Logical and Analytical Approach towards business sustainability
- Exposure of building strong stakeholder mapping and management.
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel and presentations
- Shall have demonstrated excellent leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer orientation in his/her previous roles.
