We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect to lead the planning, design and execution of architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative design solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, managing client interactions, reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring projects are delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

Sr. Architect Should possess an M.Arch from a reputed institute with 12-15 years of relevant experience with reputed Architectural Consultancy firms. The candidate should have extensive experience in designing and managing large-scale institutional, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational and mixed-use projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM workflows, and should have sound knowledge of building byelaws, NBC, CPWD standards and construction documentation.

Key Responsibility:

- Lead architectural planning, concept design, schematic design and detailed design for building projects.
- Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Landscape and other specialized consultants.
- Review architectural drawings,



specifications and construction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, statutory authorities and project stakeholders during all project stages. Lead design presentations, design reviews and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, development regulations, CPWD standards and sustainability requirements.
- Supervise site visits, monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong design leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
- Experience in institutional, industrial, healthcare, educational, commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of Green Building Certification (IGBC/GRIHA/LEED) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams under strict deadlines.
