What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a small team of US copywriters and designers, as well as
offshore designers, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and
day-to-day oversight to ensure quality output and on-time delivery.
Tracking Implementation and QA
Configure and QA tracking links, pixels, postbacks, and server-to-server
integrations.
Support CAKE and other affiliate/performance tracking platforms as
needed.
Validate conversion events, source IDs, sub IDs, payout logic, and
attribution rules before launch.
Run test conversions and document launch-readiness approval.
Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between Alchemy Worx, client
systems, networks, and publishers.
Offer and Platform Setup
Support offer setup within CAKE or other approved tracking platforms.
Ensure each offer has the required tracking, attribution, suppression,
reporting, and reconciliation fields.
Maintain documentation for offer setup, partner setup, tracking
requirements, and QA steps.
Identify technical risks before campaigns go live.
Suppression, Deduplication, and Data Controls
Design and manage suppression workflows for opt-outs, existing
customers, duplicate leads, and restricted audiences.
Coordinate secure suppression-file transfer, refresh cadence, access, and
audit documentation.
Support net-recent-customer, duplicate, and invalid-lead logic where
technically possible.
Ensure suppression processes align with client requirements and
approved offer terms.
Client and Partner Technical Coordination
Work directly with client technical teams, IT teams, networks, and
technology partners to gather access, define requirements, resolve
blockers, and confirm implementation.
Translate technical requirements into clear next steps for non-technical
stakeholders.
Escalate unresolved tracking, access, data, or QA issues before they
create launch or payment risk.
Reporting and Reconciliation Support
Support acquisition reporting that connects offer, partner, source,
conversion, payout,
and client validation data.
Help reconcile CAKE data against client-side systems and approved
conversion files.
Identify reporting gaps, inconsistent definitions, and data-quality issues.
Partner with Analytics and Finance to support accurate revenue, partner
payout, margin, and performance reporting.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with affiliate, lead-generation, or
performance-marketing tracking.
Experience implementing postbacks, pixels, and server-to-server tracking.
Familiarity with platforms such as CAKE, Impact, Tune / HasOffers, ShareASale,
CJ, Rakuten, or similar.
Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, CPC, revenue share, and hybrid performance
models.
Experience troubleshooting tracking discrepancies across multiple platforms.
Experience with suppression lists, deduplication logic, opt-out handling, or
customer-file matching.
Ability to work directly with client IT teams, networks, publishers, and internal
stakeholders.
Strong documentation habits and launch QA discipline.
Ability to identify technical decisions that may create financial, compliance, or
reporting risk.
Strongly preferred:
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and DTC marketing data.
Experience supporting lead-generation, email acquisition, affiliate, or
publisher-based programs.
Familiarity with consent, suppression, source tracking, and compliance
documentation requirements.
Experience with Google Tag Manager and server-side tagging.
Ability to advise on reporting architecture, warehouse needs, BI tools, and
future-state data infrastructure without overbuilding too early.

Offers launch with clean tracking, tested conversion events, and documented
QA.
Suppression workflows are accurate, secure, and auditable.
Tracking discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly.
CAKE, client systems, and partner reporting can be reconciled.
The Acquisition GM has a reliable view of performance, partner liability, and
data-quality risk.
The business avoids scaling campaigns before the technical foundation is ready.
