Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Allocate work efficiently among warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory control activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
- Ensure adherence to marketplace SLAs and order fulfillment timelines.
- Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff on operational processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse SOPs, and quality standards.




- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain a protected, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.
- This is a shift-based role that may require working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
